Rentals

The Bissonet Clubhouse is available for birthday parties, showers, Sweet 16 parties, graduation parties, office or customer parties, and receptions. It may be rented during the following dates: Labor Day to first week of May. Please call the office at 887-9546 to schedule a rental.

The 2011 - 2012 rental rates are:

Rates are all-inclusive: Room rental, Club Representative, Policeman, and Cleaning. Deposit of $200.00 cash paid at the booking of the event. The deposit will be applied to the balance owed the Club the day/evening of the event. If the rental is cancelled within one week of the event, the Club will keep the deposit, as the Club will not have had ample time to lease the facility to another customer.

If renting the Kitchen, the following must be noted: Kitchen appliances allowed for use include the oven, microwave and sink. There can be no cooking of food within the Club - everything brought in must be pre-cooked, and only warmed here. No burners or fryers of any sort are allowed in the Club. Lessee may bring in Crock Pots.

Bartender Fee is not included in the Global Fee - Bartender Fee is $50.00, paid to the Bartender the evening of the event.

Members renting the Club must be present at any event they have reserved.

Rentals are for four hours only. Anytime after four hours is $100.00 per hour and is computed on the hour only. Cleanup is included in the rental except for the kitchen. The kitchen must be cleaned up by the Lessee.
